For large-scale heat treatment production lines, it has a large furnace volume and multi-temperature zone independent control functions. Through the modular heating component design, the heating power can be flexibly configured, and the maximum temperature can reach 1300℃. The built-in quick cooling system can achieve a cooling rate of 10℃/min, significantly improving production efficiency. The equipment is equipped with a remote monitoring system, supports PLC linkage control, and can be seamlessly connected to the industrial automation production line to ensure process stability and production safety.
